TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Payment or deposit can be made seven (7) days before the event. If you wish to cancel the order, you must inform us three (3) days before the event. After that, you deposit will burn.
  2. If you pay using online banking system such as Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks, please make sure that you fill the recipient box with our email, ramlisatay@gmail.com.
  3. You also have to send us information we need via sms or email once you have made the payment.
  4. If you fail to do so, we can cancel your orders without notice.
  5. If you pay with ATM Cash Deposit machine, please send us the picture of the payment slip for confirmation.
  6. Do not ever let your payment slip has other ink on it. Else, it will not valid for us.
  7. Please make sure that you check your JUNK MAIL or SPAM BOX if there is no replying message from us within 48 hours in your inbox.
